Pre Site Visit and Coordination with Site for As Built condition. Design and study different architectural proposals for projects. Prepare Shop Drawings and release to client for approval. Ensure that ISO procedures are followed correctly for Engineering Department. Prepare RFIs and TQs Requests for client review and clarification; based on Project Design Criteria and Specifications. Reply on all daily Architects and Cad Operators queries and questions; in order to solve all Architectural problems and take decisions; Discuss the decisions with Architectural Design Manager for global integrated coordination with all disciplines. Support in monitoring day to day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures. Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the work flow.
