Supervise Senior/Junior Engineers, CAD Operators and make sure that their work are as per schedule and in line with Project documents and progress/coordination minutes of meetings. Review all the Drawings/documents received from other suppliers/subcontractors such as Pre-engineered, Precast, or Steel Structures technical document. Coordinate with other departments such as Procurement, Schedule and Cost Control and the Project Sites. Assist the Estimation Department for technical details on proposals. Support the Design Team Leaders and the Engineering Manager in the preparation of Engineering Department’s outputs (design development, design detailing, As-built drawings, etc.). Provide advisory support to other parts of the organization by bringing his deep expertise to bear on complex technical matters. Implement approved department’s policies, processes, and procedures. Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the work flow.

Good Computer skills and knowledge of Engineering software, especially STADD Pro and SAP2000
