We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director to join our Infrastructure Advisory Prac􀀁ce in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in execu􀀁ng Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects on behalf preferably of the government but can also be with the private sector.

• A strong infrastructure advisory background with at least 12 years of experience. • Proven track record of successfully execu􀀁ng PPP projects for government and private sector clients. • Fluency in English is essen􀀁al; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. • Sector experience within healthcare, real estate, and/or transport sectors is preferred. • Excep􀀁onal analy􀀁cal and commercial skills. • Strong leadership and project management capabili􀀁es. • Excellent communica􀀁on and nego􀀁a􀀁on skills. • Ability to work effec􀀁vely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Lead and manage large-scale PPP projects, ensuring successful execu􀀁on from incep􀀁on to comple􀀁on. • Advise from strategy and business case prepara􀀁ons to commercial close and poten􀀁ally beyond to contract delivery. • Engage with the different government bodies, regulators and the private sector to understand their requirements so that projects atract compe􀀁􀀁on, are bankable and generate Value for Money. • Oversee the due diligence process, risk assessment, and financial structuring of PPP projects. • Collaborate with mul􀀁disciplinary teams including legal, tax, and technical experts to ensure comprehensive project delivery. • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and con􀀁nuous improvement. • Represent the firm in high-level mee􀀁ngs and nego􀀁a􀀁ons with key stakeholders.
