We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our Project Finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and suppor􀀁ng Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transac􀀁ons from ini􀀁al structuring through to commercial close. You will also be responsible for developing robust financial models to drive decision-making on PPP projects, ensuring the delivery of top-􀀁er financial advisory services to both government and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analy􀀁cal skills, experience in transac􀀁on advisory, and the ability to work effec􀀁vely under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial modelling, risk analysis, and stakeholder management will be essen􀀁al for success in this role. Addi􀀁onal skills such as nego􀀁a􀀁on, contract structuring, and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks are highly desirable.

• A strong finance background with at least 4 years of experience in project finance. • Proven track record of developing financial models for PPP projects for government or private sector clients. • Fluency in English is essen􀀁al; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. • Sector experience within healthcare, real estate, and/or transport is preferred. • Excellent analy􀀁cal and financial modeling skills. • CFA or equivalent finance degree • Strong communica􀀁on and presenta􀀁on skills. • Ability to work effec􀀁vely in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Manage / support the development of business cases and procurement documents for PPP transac􀀁ons. • Develop and maintain complex financial models for PPP projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This includes oversight of financial modelling team. • Assist in the financial structuring and analysis of large-scale PPP projects. • Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and financial feasibility studies. • Support senior team members in preparing and presen􀀁ng financial reports and recommenda􀀁ons to clients. • Collaborate with mul􀀁disciplinary teams including legal, tax, and technical experts to provide comprehensive project finance solu􀀁ons. • Manage and engage with clients to understand their project finance needs and deliver tailored advisory services. • Contribute to the prepara􀀁on of proposals and presenta􀀁ons for new business opportuni􀀁es.
